Im back after four year hiatus

Hi There. Its been four years since i posted a food blog.Ive accomplised a big great thing by completing online culinary arts school in 2018.How to learn to cook online people ask?We Auguste Culinary School of Arts graduates learned by technique such as taking pictures of the cooking assignments and writing descriptive food narratives ughh how chalenging was that. I do have an option in taking the Auguste Escoffier Assoicate degree.I want to but not right now.So i have tons of pics of my cooking assignments and certificate that i want to put on this blog...Yayyyy :)

Banana Pancakes for breakfast.Easy as 1.2.3

This Morning i made banana pancakes.Ony two ingredients i used: a banana and a egg.I think its heathier also.

Banana Pancakes
Ingredientss
Bananas( I used half a banana )
Eggs(1 used 1 egg) half a banana and one egg is enough for one person like me
Cinnamon(optional)

Directions
1.Mash up banana in a bowl
 Then add egg to mash up banana and mixin 

  Pour banana eggmixture in skillet and cook from three to five minutes unti set
 I added cinnamon to mine

Hi There sorry ive been away for so long.My Dell Windows Vista laptop has been broken down to a point i couldnt blog.So im using my android tablet.Its not like my big laptop but it wil do until i buy me another laptop.Im back to posting and sharing so enjoy reading and browsing.

Bacon wrapped stuffing chicken


Bacon wrapped stuffing chicken

Ingredients 
2 chicken leg quarter pieces,cut into 4 pieces
Stuffing mix
6 pieces of uncooked bacon
1 10 1/2 oz can of Campbells cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk(use empty cream of mushroom soup can to measure milk) 
Onion Powder
Seasoned Salt
Black Pepper
Directions 
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Prepare chicken,cut the thigh and drumstick apart..total 4 pieces
Season separated chicken pieces.




Wrap bacon around chicken pieces,set aside
3.Mix the stuffing with half of cream of mushroom soup and enough milk until moist, then put in pan.


4.Lay bacon wrapped chicken pieces on stuffing. Pour remaining soup/milk mixture over bacon wrapped chicken

5.Cook for 1 hour or until bacon is done on chicken...very much needed after 1 hour when bacon is brown on one side,turn bacon wrapped chicken over until that side of chicken,bacon is browned also.

Spicy Kale Scrambled Eggs


Spicy Kale Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
1 handful of Organic baby kale(Natures Green Organic)
A half sliced Jalepeno pepper
1 egg,melted butter
Directions
1.Melt butter in preheated skillet set at 350.
2.Add baby kale and cook until soft,then add sliced  Jalapeno pepper.
3.Scramble eggs into the kale and Jalepeno until set.
