Strawberrie cream pie

Ingredients

1 can cherry pie filling

1/2 cup butter
...
16 ounces Sour Cream

8 ounces Cream Cheese

16 ounces marshmallows

2 regular size keebler ready graham pie crusts ( save plastic as cover)

Directions

1. In med-large bowl mix together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and set aside.

2. On stove top melt stick of butter and mix in marshmallows little at a time until smooth.

3. Quickly add marshmallow mix into the sour cream/cream cheese mix and quickly mix those together.

4. Pour equal amount of cheesecake into each of the ready pie crusts. Cover the pies with the plastic that came with the pie Place in fridge overnight.

5. Once pie is firm you may top with cherry pie filling or any other fruit you may want to top pie with
..........My version has the strawberries on top instead of cherries
  and I used regular pie crust by baking it in the oven for 10 minutes. then take out and let it get cool.

My Breakfast

Breakfast Sausage, Egg & Cheese Casserole

:
9 eggs
9 slices of Italian bread, about an inch thick, crusts removed, cubed
1 pound breakfast sausage
¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup milk
1½ teaspoons salt

Directions:

1. Crumble and cook the sausage according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2. Lightly whisk together the eggs until combined. Mix in all other ingredients, and then fold in sausage.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. The next day, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving................................................

A La Fuente Ole'

Chicken Fettuccine A La Fuente   
Perk up creamy fettuccine with sassy taco seasoning.

Ingredients

(12-oz.) pkg. uncooked fettuccine
1
tablespoon olive oil
4
boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), cut into 1-inch pieces
2
cloves garlic, minced
1
(1-oz.) pkg. Old El Paso™ Taco Seasoning Mix
1
cup whipping cream
1/3
cup chopped fresh parsley
1
oz. (1/4 cup) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Grated fresh Parmesan cheese, if desired
 
1Cook fettuccine as directed on package; drain.
  • 2Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken turns white. Stir in garlic and taco seasoning mix. Cook 1 minute. Stir in cream. Reduce heat to low; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
  • 3Stir in 1/3 cup parsley and 1/4 cup cheese. Add cooked fettuccine; toss to coat. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fettuccine is thoroughly heated. Transfer mixture to large serving platter. Garnish with additional parsley and cheese.

    Spiced Up Spinach Casserole and roast chicken

    Last night I cooked what i call Spiced up Spinach Casserole because it has jalepeno cream cheese in it.

    Ingredients: 1 can of Spinach,
    it dont neccesery have to be low sodium just as long its canned spinach

    1 container of Philadelphia Jalepeno CreamCheese

    Slices of swiss cheese..how much you prefer

    And 2 beaten eggs

    Directions: Mix up Spinach and Jalepeno cream cheese in a bowl



    After you pour the spinach cream cheese mixture into the buttered baking pan...Layer the number of swiss cheese slices on top...how much you want a lil or a lot

    And then pour the beaten eggs over thelayered cheese and spinach creamcheese mixture until covered.

    Bake in over for 30 to 60 minutes or until the egg is set.Here is how it turned out

    I have two words for it delicious and addictive

    Chocolate peanut butter chip peanutbutter rice krispy treat
    Ingredients:
    Some Crispy Rice Cereal..2cups

    1 tblsp of crunchy peanut butter


     1/2 stick of melted butter


     
    Jet Puffed Marshmallows:I used about 20


     and some nestle tollhouse chocolate peanut butter chips look closely
     
    Add 1/2 stick of butter in boiler to melt
     Then add marshmallows to melted butter,i used about 20.Stir until melted. 


     Then I added 1tbsp of crunchy peanut butter

     
    Just stiring crunchy peanut butter into melted marshmallow/butter

     While melting .........put in 2 cups of RiceCrispies and chocolate peanut butter chips in a mixing bowl


     and add melted peanutbutter marshmallow mixture


     Mix until well coated


     and then put well coated mixture into pan...
      Let it sit in the fridge i say for about an hour or until youre ready to eat.....Heres mine in bowl ready to be eaten

    ................ I guess i'll eat some the raisin bread pudding ,that i made last night,for breakfast.


    Yesterday Sunday Lunch

    For Yesterday Sunday Lunch I had Totinos Pepperoni Pizza

     
     
    And Fried RedTomatos and Fried Onions I used cut up red tomatos and cut up onions


     
    Coat tomatos and onions with All Purposeflour,Cornmeal and Garlic salt and pepper



    Some Cornmeal mixed up with Allpurpose Flour,Garlic Salt and Pepper
     And i am dipping tomato in the flour/cormeal mixture.....If you can see my brown finger...
     Then the tomatoes and onions all coated  nicely on the plate
     
     
    And Its frying time


     
    And Done
