Chop House Steak
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Marinate Time: 30 minutes
Start to Finish: 51 minutes
Makes: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak®
(or your favorite cut of steak)
3/4 cup Lawry's® Steak & Chop Marinade
With Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to
coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra
flavor. Remove steak from marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing

with reserved marinade halfway through cooking time.
