Good Mushroom Swiss Burger stuff

Whenever I cook a mushroom swiss burger at home......I always use ground turkey because ground turkey taste better plus ground turkey dont make my head hurt after eating it plus i dont have pull out unchewable gristles in the ground turkey like i have to do in ground beef...........Yuck................ I recomend...........    Why I recommend it:  A good for you alternative to ground beef. Ingredients

Directions
Soup directions:
Empty 1 envelope soup mix into medium saucepan. Stir in 2 1/2 cups (20 oz) water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Makes 2-1/4 cups.
